The guest reaching the reception has to show the generated QR code to the person at the front office and on scanning the QR code, relevant information about the guest and visits are obtained. If the information is found, then check-in is initiated. All these happen in a matter of seconds.

Atidee provides all its features on the web. Atidee in web plays both the roles of mobile and tab. Along with that it provides various other features for Admins. Atidee is a visitor management software best suited for large organizations like IT parks which in turn has many other companies working inside its premises. Atidee Web provides a provision for the admin of the organization to monitor the sub companies using Atidee. Admin can view the list of visits and meetings scheduled in each of its sub companies. Moreover admin has the provision to get the reports of visits and meetings if needed. Admin can even change the users if required.
